Shops and the ski bus stop can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot. You can ski down to about 400 m from the house. In summer, the Brixen bathing lake is within walking distance. In the west and east, the property borders on open land, which is undeveloped. To the north and south there is an apartment building and a single-family house. There is an old building on one of the two plots, which was built in 1980 and has a living/usable area of approx. 150 m². An enlargement of a maximum of 300 m³ is permitted.
