The nearby reservoir formed by the damming of the  Río Genil  provides additional leisure opportunities, while the historic centre of  Granada  and its airport are around 20 minutes away by easy drive. &Nbsp House & Layout The property offers approximately 400 m² built area, of which around 200 m² is interior living space.
