In the Yonne, halfway between Chablis and Auxerre, an 18th century castle. Renovated, its outbuildings and outbuildings in a 7 ha park. The estate, in one piece, extends over about 7 ha. It is composed of upwind and wooded sections. Three accesses serve it, one of them leading to a parking area for the vehicles of the current customers of the place, where accommodation and catering are offered. The neo-classical style castle is located to the south, while the outbuildings and outbuildings, of a more rustic appearance, are to the north, the latter facing each other, separated by a walled courtyard, grassy, shrubby and wooded. The facades of the various buildings are mainly made of rubble stone or dressed stone and rendered, except for those in the outbuildings, which are made of stone in view, the bays are mostly straight or with a low arch and their brick or dressed stone frames, and finally the roofs, punctuated by dormers, roof windows and chimney stacks, are almost all made of flat tiles from the country, or of slates for three sides which cover the castle, and of various shapes. The castle house, with its two levels under the eaves, and the three other habitable outbuildings (formerly dovecote, farmhouse and farmhouse), each raised by one floor, have recently benefited from a complete renovation.
