This old farmhouse, oriented north-south, has been recently renovated to create an original and charming layout across 3 levels. It is located in a quiet lane on the outskirts of a village with all amenities. The flat southern part is in front of the buildings and is surrounded by a wall and a fence with a driveway, along a very quiet country road. There is also a parking area a bit higher on the site for several vehicles, but this part is not fenced and there is a large shed made of planks and sheets for basic storage of tools and wood right next to it. This area is buildable, so there is the possibility of recreating a proper garage. The remainder of the land slopes moderately and is not fenced. For an enthusiastic gardener, there are opportunities to improve the current layouts, notably to use the area behind the buildings. We have neighbors, but thanks to the houses land, they are not in the immediate vicinity.
