45 minutes from Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel, an 18th-century wedding estate with 25 hectares of park and ponds. The estate includes a château, three converted outbuildings, a reception hall, an outdoor swimming pool, and a chapel. Today, it is organized to host weddings, family stays, and private events. Accommodation capacity is sixteen bedrooms, for a total living area of 960 m². The buildings are set within a 25-hectare park, where tree-lined walking trails by streams reveal the natural richness of valleys, woods, and ponds. Chateaubriand mentions in his writings the painter François-Agathon Pinot-du-Petit-Bois, who resided here at the time, and whose paintings were found by the current occupants in the attics. Meticulously restored, the works are now displayed in the châteaus salons and bedrooms. Oriented north-south, the main residence of about 450 m² dates from the 19th century. It adjoins an old manor whose origins go back to 1429. To the north, the central body is flanked by two pavilions topped with slate long-pan roofs. The façade is slender, with six regular bays across three levels. The walls are finished with a yellow plaster, and the window surrounds and corner bonding are in red granite. A prominent central dormer with wings, crowned by a sculpted pediment, tops the ensemble, while a corner turret rises to the northwest. To the south, facing the grand parterre of the park, the old residence is built of sandstone and granite dressed stone. Under a slate roof, this rectangular-plan building is rhythmically organized by seven regular bays across three levels.
