The perfect location for exploring the city on foot! A unique artist's loft This 25 m² studio is a true monochrome loft, entirely designed by Dijon architect Alexandrine Vaure. Raw concrete, brushed stainless steel, a steam fireplace and a series of VIGNOBLE ABSTRACT posters on the walls: every detail has been thought through to create an atmosphere that is both raw, warm and resolutely contemporary. Oenosuite Studio d'Artiste combines exceptional design, comfort and wine. Access is direct from the street - no condominium lobby, no building code: you're at home from the moment you step through the door. The accommodation Living space: As you enter, you'll discover an open-plan living space with a strong character, enhanced by the steam fireplace and the VIGNOBLE ABSTRACT posters that give the place its contemporary art gallery identity. You'll find everything you need: fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The sofa invites you to relax and the table to enjoy a convivial meal. The Jalunia connected wine cellar is integrated into the space: Burgundy wines by the glass and by the bottle, Elixkir craft beers, a gift box for lovers and Winer blind tasting boxes - all of which can be purchased independently, without leaving the flat. Next to the designer sofa, you'll also find a turntable with a selection of vinyl records for you to listen to. Mezzanine - Bedroom & Bathroom cocoon: The high mezzanine offers an intimate sleeping area with comfortable bedding, a large mirror with a view of the bed, an integrated shower area with vanity unit and air conditioning. Chardonnay-scented shower gel and shampoo from the luxury brand VINÉSIME and towels are provided. The video projector allows you to watch your films lying on the bed, projected directly onto the ceiling - a unique cinema experience. Mezzanine ceiling height: 2.07 m. Height under the mezzanine (living space below): 2.10 m. If you are taller than 1.95 m, please take this into account before booking - the charm of the location means that the space is designed for privacy rather than for very tall people.
