Just 20 kilometres from Geneva (15 minutes from the airport) and 50 kilometres from Lausanne, our residence offers an ideal location, both for professionals working with Switzerland and for tourists thanks to its proximity to Lake Geneva. The residence provides a free outdoor parking space (or an underground parking space for 5/night). Weekly cleaning and cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the rent. During your stay, you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast). Reception is open from 7am to 7pm. If you plan to arrive after these times, please contact the residence to find out how late arrivals work. The 65 m² duplex flat comprises a living room with sofa bed and LCD TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, kettle and electric hob. A kettle, coffee maker and all crockery and cutlery are also provided. Sanitary facilities: bath and WC. Sleeping accommodation: one double bed (140x190), 2 single beds (90x190) and one pull-out bed (80x190). Free Wi-Fi access. In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
