In the north of Lot-et-Garonne, a fully renovated 15th-century rural estate with its pool and 4 ha of land. Perched on a natural promontory, the former pale-stone farm, dating back to the 15th century, overlooks a set of rolling meadows. Access to the property is via an automatic gate, opening onto a winding driveway that gradually leads to the buildings. The estate spans nearly 4 hectares in one continuous parcel. From the vantage point, the view opens widely over the Southwest countryside, offering an unblocked circular panorama. Two buildings make up the ensemble: the main house, derived from the careful renovation of an old barn, and a stone guest house, in keeping with the local hospitality tradition. Oriented fully south, the buildings feature long facades in pale limestone stone, rhythmically punctuated by tall bays with small panes that admit abundant light. The four-sided roof, made of local canal tiles, sits atop a framework with remarkable volumes, visible from the outside by the expansive roofs. A large covered terrace, supported by square columns, under a ceiling adorned with colored cement tiles, extends along the main façade. The carpentry is white-painted wood, double-glazed and equipped with hinged shutters.
