Very nice and spacious apartment located in the center of Grenoble, composed of three large bedrooms (2 with Queen Size bed and 1 with double bed), one of which has a balcony. You will appreciate the large television in the living room, carefully furnished and the modern kitchen, fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). Very nice bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate WC for more comfort. Numerous storage spaces. Fans in each room. You have access to the whole apartment which is equipped with free high speed Wifi. All bed linen and towels are provided for 6 travellers on your arrival! I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests! Located in the hyper center of Grenoble, 2 steps from the train station in a quiet street, you have all the amenities near the building: a supermarket, a tobacco shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, a restaurant 5 minutes walk. You can reach in 5 to 10 minutes on foot the historical center of the city with its pedestrian streets, its numerous shops, bars, restaurants. Numerous public transport including the tram stop "Alsace Lorraine" of the Tram lines A, B and E which serve the city and the surrounding area at less than 3 minutes on foot. The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot or by bike. Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks. The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen. Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs is paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
