A stone's throw from Guingamp's historic center, along the Trieux, a mill of medieval origin with dependencies on nearly 1 hectare. The property reveals itself at the end of an access that crosses the Trieux by a stone bridge. A wrought-iron gate, framed by granite pillars, marks the entrance. The mill, set at the water's edge, sits in a wooded environment. The main building is built of granite rubble with an irregular facing and ashlar stone window surrounds. The gables are exposed and show homogeneous masonry. Openings of varying sizes are arranged functionally, with some narrow vertical windows. The slate roof is a two-pitch roof with a pronounced slope. It features skylights and a large glazed sash integrated into the slope. Two chimney bases emerge from the ridge. The coping is stone and the eaves are modest. At the base of the wall, a masonry work, connected to a wooden device, materializes part of the ancient hydraulic system. Nearby, a paved passage and a gravel area organize the immediate surroundings. The joinery, painted wood, comprises paneled doors with full bottoms and small-paned windows. Some openings are arched with a flattened arch. A circular stone opening, formed by a monolithic surround, is cut in one of the gables. In the extension, a gravel courtyard distributes two dependencies. A first elongated building is covered with a two-pitched slate roof. A second dwelling, built with the same materials, is elevated on two levels under attic and pierced by skylights. The organization centers around a central tarred area accessible from the entrance. Upstream, the park, partly adjoining that of the Château des Salles, stretches into a vast lawn dotted with isolated trees and copses. It is lined with rows of tall trees and structured by vegetative boundaries. Wooden and stone fencing elements delimit certain parts.
