In the south of Nevers, a reassuring and pleasant country house and its outbuildings on nearly 1 hectare of wooded park. On the edge of a hamlet, the main house is preceded by a walled courtyard with a well and stone outbuildings. At the rear, a large meadow of about 1 hectare is planted with centenary trees and extends toward the surrounding fields. Present in its current form on the Napoleonic cadastral map of 1828, it was probably built a few decades earlier. The house, approximately 133 m², is stone-built, with a ground floor, partly over a cellar and with converted attic space under recently flat tile roofing on a hipped frame. Exposed to the southeast towards the courtyard and to the northwest towards the park, it features a classic, symmetric three-bay architecture with an elegant and reassuring appearance.
