The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor fan and everything you need for cooking. The flat also has a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The residence provides a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from mid-May to the end of September. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast). You can arrive at any time using the residence's access code system. Reception is open from 7am to 9pm. If you plan to arrive after these times, please contact the residence so that they can give you the access codes. A deposit of 30 will be required on arrival for the modem. All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, wifi, etc.). Weekly cleaning is included in the rent.
