Ideally located, close to universities and business schools, the brand new residence is located opposite a shopping center, on the streetcar line. Everything has been thought out for the daily well-being of the tenants: private bathroom and toilet, equipped kitchen with refrigerator, quality furniture, clever storage and comfortable bedding. A disposable linen kit is provided upon arrival and can be replaced upon request, at an additional cost. For added comfort, you may bring your own bed linen. Please note that bath towels are not provided. The residence offers unlimited high-speed wifi, a very large living room and a study room to promote student success and independence. A fitness room and laundry facilities are also available to residents for a fee.
