In downtown Riom, in the Marthuret district, a 18th-century townhouse and its vast terrace. In a protected area, at the end of a quiet street, the townhouse is part of a small condominium. Its design is attributed to Claude-François Legay (), city architect, but the building, though erected in the 18th century, appears to rely on older structures, probably medieval. Party around an inner courtyard, the residence reveals, at its center, a small balcony overhanging. On the top level, a terrace of about 75 m² constitutes a precious singular feature in the local old urban fabric.
