All windows are equipped with shutters. You have access to the whole apartment which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi, as well as to the garden. All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 4 travellers on your arrival! I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests! The accommodation is located in a quiet and residential area, close to the sports complex of Saint-Martin-d'Hères (stadiums, municipal swimming pool and various infrastructures), and close to the university swimming pool and the student campus. You will find many shops in the vicinity, small local shops such as a shopping centre. Numerous small parks and green spaces in the vicinity . The Parc Paul Mistral, the lung of Grenoble is just a few minutes walk away! The tram stop D "Maison Communale" is 2 minutes walk away, the tram stop C "Neyrpic-Belledone" (direct access to the university campus and the city centre) is 5 minutes walk away. The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot or by bike. Parking is easy and free of charge around the building.
