Intra-Muros Saint-Malo: A spacious family apartment of 220 m² with sea view. Close to the Dinan gate, the apartment is located in a shipowner's building constructed in the early 18th century under Garangeau, a disciple of Vauban. Registered as a historical monument in 1942, the building was reconstructed in identical form during the 1950s after the bombings of 1944. The edifice consists of a modern concrete structure with a granite facade that has retained the original stones. Elevated with three square floors under the eaves, the whole resembles pre-war buildings. Topped with high chimney stacks, the slate roof features dormer windows with a curved granite lintel and small capucine dormers. The entrance door is double-leaf with panels, topped with a small-paned glass transom. It opens into a long entrance hall and leads to a polished stone-tiled vestibule. In addition to an elevator, a staircase leads to the upper floors. Another staircase descends to the cellars. The main staircase, also in polished stone, is bordered by a wrought-iron railing with scrolls. The cellar is located in the first basement, accessible via a granite staircase. With an area of approximately 28 m², it has high ceilings. The floor is made of packed earth. Under the roofs, an attic extends over approximately 42 m², of which 24 falls within the Carrez law. Floorboarded in wood, it is lit by two dormer windows to the south and north. A garage is located in the neighboring condominium, accessible via an internal courtyard. Covering an area of approximately 18 m², it is constructed of concrete and cement, with a wooden door.
