Composed of a room with click-clack and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160*190), a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet, this 1BR apartment is 25 sqm. It can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, cooker hood, coffee maker, kettle and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with an LCD TV and free Wired internet. The residence offers a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from May to late September. End of stay cleaning is included in the rate. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy the hotel services of the residence (laundry and breakfast). We welcome you every day from 7 am to 11 pm. The studio will be ready at 3 pm. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
