Composed of a living space with sofa bed and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet, this studio is 18sqm. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hobs, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need to cook. The apartment is also equipped with an LCD TV and free internet access by cable. The residence provides you with a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from May to the end of September. Cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the price. Pets are allowed with a supplement to be paid on site. During your stay you can enjoy the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast). You can arrive from 3pm. We welcome you every day from 7am to 11pm. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
