It is quite rare to find on this side of the Monti Pisani stone exposed farmhouses , as they have often been restored over the years plastering the exterior facades..it is perhaps easier to find them on the Lucchese Monti Pisani side, for example in the Compitese area, where the trend is more preserving rather than changing. Yet these rustic and somewhat chipped external walls make this farmhouse a special property, so typically..Tuscan! It is located in a slightly hilly position, just few minutes' drive from the historic center of the Calci, then about 25 minutes from Pisa's Galilei airport and 35 minutes from the coast and the sea, enjoying a favorable climate, both in summer and winter seasons.
