The Alto Tevere Farm is a farming complex comprising a total of 40 hectares. This includes 38 hectares of flat, irrigated arable land equipped with recently installed fixed irrigation systems, all easily accessible by any agricultural machinery. The property also features 2 hectares of hilly woodland, which houses a charming small church dedicated to St. Illuminatus. Located right near the church are two water springs, one of which is traditionally considered miraculous. The farmland is entirely supplied with water from the Montedoglio dam. The farm consists of a main residential building with approximately 355 square meters of commercial space, divided into two habitable apartments on the first floor. The ground floor of the main farmhouse is used for fruit and vegetable processing, packaging, and sales. Nearby, we have a main warehouse measuring 1,060 square meters with a minimum height of 5.5 meters, divided into various areas (mechanical workshop, cold storage, agricultural storage, and more). The cold storage rooms are 6.3 meters high. There is also an additional agricultural storage building measuring 240 square meters. The farm currently produces alfalfa. In the past, it has produced various types of fruit. The fertile soil has never been treated with harsh chemicals. Recent analysis revealed no traces of pesticides.
