



Eighteenth-century residence that belonged to the first governor of the island, Domenico Lioni, known as "Millelire", who in 1793 repelled a French attack led by a young Napoleon Bonaparte, who wanted to annex the island to France and reported in the history books. The house overlooks the historic-tourist port of La Maddalena on three sides with a total and wide view of the sea. Internally the finishes are of the highest level, with parquet flooring on the floor and finely restored period frescoes. The openings towards the port reach up to the floor, giving a total visual impact. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a historic fireplace, also completely restored like the new one.
