In the Montalcino area, on a hillside with panoramic views a few kilometers from the historic town center, we propose the single-property Vineyards Company i Due Laghi of about 68.52 hectares, characterized by soils suited to tree crops, especially vines and olive trees, and a complete corporate organization designed for production, hospitality and efficient management. Vineyards and production potential The property includes about 5 hectares of Brunello di Montalcino, 2 hectares of Rosso di Montalcino and 1 hectare of IGT, within a favorable and well-structured agronomic context. Agritourism 1: hospitality, private residence and services The main complex includes the Podere, about 536 sqm, a historically old building recently renovated, with mixed stone/bricks masonry and wooden and brick roofing. Pedo-agronomic and geomorphological analysis shows soils suitable for tree crops, particularly vines and olives. Soils are described as medium-loam with good agronomic stability, no waterlogging and no evidence of erosion or landslides. Geologically, soils are mainly clay and gray clayey silt, with rare intercalations of sand and pudding.
