Situated on the most picturesque side of Pantelleria, in a location with extraordinary panoramic views, this estate of traditional buildings offers a sea view spanning over 200 degrees, taking in the most spectacular sunsets the island has to offer; on the clearest days, the coast of Tunisia can even be glimpsed. The complex comprises seven carefully restored lava-stone dammusi, arranged around a small private square that serves as the heart of the estate, with a total gross floor area of approximately 510 sqm, of which 330 sqm are habitable interior space and around 180 sqm are covered terraces, plus 75 sqm dedicated to cellars and service areas.
