Rustic land with the possibility of becoming urban, with a total area of 2000m². Excellent location between the Ajuda University Campus (expanding), the Liga Foundation, the Humanitarian Association of the Ajuda Firefighters, and the Monsanto Forest Park. Further away, but still sufficiently close, is the National Palace of Ajuda. The land has a configuration of about 22 meters in depth and 55 meters of usable width.
