What is it? It is a detached house that was built in the 90s. It is spacious and is arranged, for the most part, by just one floor. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with an island, a living room, a space used as an office, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has been recently modernized. At the front and back of the house there are covered terraces. Location The house is located on the edge of the small historic village of Fiais da Telha where there are some amenities such as restaurant, café, grocery store and butcher. In Carregal do Sal, about 5 km by car, you will find all essential services such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, health services, schools, library, train station, swimming pool and weekly market. Viseu and Coimbra are approximately 40 and 60 km away, respectively.
