Stone house with a gross private aerea of 111,300 square metres for own housing or possible local accomodation. It is located in the historic village of Castelo Bom, 5 kilometres of Vilar Formoso border with Spain and 120 kilometres from the city of Salamanca. Both the external and the internal designs of the building are traditional with a wooden roof lined with polyurethane but with the rafters in their natural form, in plain view. The traditional ambiance is reinforced by the existence of stone and wooden floors, thus enabling the separation between the living and sleeping aereas. The bulding has been completely restored and has two bathrooms and a shower cubicle. The kitchen equipped with na electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge, is integrated into the living room where there are cupboards, a table and chairs. The bedroom has already got two beds.
