Reference: PTTB-T1691. 6.200 sqm building plot in Sintra, with magnificent views. Viability of building on a plot of land with an area of around 630sqm located next to Rua Doutor José Neto Milheiriço. This plot of land is classified as Housing Area 2, and the PDM regulations do not define specific urban planning parameters, with the exception of the minimum permeability index applicable (0.30). The regulation generically refers to the concept of modal value, i.e. 'respecting the surroundings through a harmonious architectural solution that fits into the landscape, without prejudice to solutions that by their nature and setting deserve greater urban affirmation' (Article 87(1a) of the PDM Regulation.
