A former grain elevator and storage facility located on three parcels of land in downtown Baldwyn. The land totals approximately 1.7 acres. Each parcel is north of East Clayton Street and along the Kansas City Southern Railroad. There is 82 feet of street frontage along East Clayton Street and there appears to be a gravel road easement to North Second Avenue and Prentiss Street.  The shed, utility buildings and office totaled 1645 square feet when originally constructed in 1980.
